Before booking a trip, please take the time to read and understand the following terms and conditions. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the policies listed below.
General Terms
1. Pesona Nidera Indonesia reserves the right to change the reservation details at any time based on the availability and conditions of service providers.
2. If the participant arrives late from the agreed meeting time for any reason, Pesona Nidera Indonesia cannot provide any refund.
3. In case of emergency situations such as natural disasters, ship engine problems, bad weather, or other unexpected circumstances, the itinerary may be changed without prior notice. The safety of guests is our highest priority. In this case, no refund will be provided.
4. If there is a delay in departure due to overcrowding in Labuan Bajo, delays in licensing from the Harbour Master (Syahbandar), or other operational conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted without prior notice according to the available time. In this case, no refund will be provided.
5. All participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Pesona Nidera Indonesia is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by personal negligence or force majeure.
6. Snorkeling equipment will be provided during the trip. If any equipment is lost or damaged by the participant, additional charges will apply.
7. By joining this trip, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of Pesona Nidera Indonesia.
Reservation Policy
- Booking confirmation will only be valid after confirmation and payment of the required deposit.
- Pesona Nidera Indonesia reserves the right to cancel a booking if the deposit payment is not completed according to the agreement.
- By making a reservation, guests are considered to have agreed to all terms and conditions of Pesona Nidera Indonesia.
Payment & Billing Arrangement
- The price/rate applies according to the issued year and may change depending on fuel costs, additional routes or activities, government regulations, and other conditions beyond Pesona Nidera Indonesia’s control.
- A 30% deposit payment is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the departure date.
- Children aged 3 years and above will be charged the full rate.
- Bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender. Pesona Nidera Indonesia must receive the full payment amount.
- Pesona Nidera Indonesia is not responsible for additional bank charges caused by transfers made by clients for deposit or balance payments.
Emergency, Medical, and Insurance Responsibility
In the event of any emergency situation during a trip with Pesona Nidera Indonesia, including but not limited to illness, fainting, injury, accidents, or any medical condition requiring immediate medical treatment or hospital referral:
- All costs incurred, including hospital expenses, medical treatment, medication, transportation, medical evacuation, and other related expenses, shall be fully borne by the guest and/or the agent responsible for bringing the guest.
- Pesona Nidera Indonesia shall not be responsible for any medical, emergency, or related expenses under any circumstances.
- Pesona Nidera Indonesia will only assist with coordination and will not have any financial responsibility.
- The guest is fully responsible for ensuring that all guests have valid travel and medical insurance during the trip.
- By making a booking, the guest acknowledges, agrees, and accepts full responsibility for these conditions on behalf of all guests.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made by the participant, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- After registration: Deposit payment is non-refundable.
- 30–15 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation fees also apply to participants who:
- Change their departure date.
- Change their tour package/type.
- Cancel due to unavoidable incidents such as natural disasters, riots, terrorism, or other force majeure situations.
In certain force majeure situations, participants may be rescheduled to another available date or tour type.
Mechanical Issues
In the event of mechanical problems with the vessel:
- The operator reserves the right to replace the vessel or provide alternative transportation if necessary.
- No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling will be provided due to mechanical issues.
- Differences in vessel type or onboard facilities cannot be used as a reason for complaints or compensation requests.
By making a booking with Pesona Nidera Indonesia, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
